It is your responsibility to maintain your own record and ensure that your vassals do also.
You can update your own basic information after viewing your record, e.g. level, etc.
For further functionality (such as entering your skills) download the AC Guild Manager Client. (NB We are running version 0.32.)

Server: https://www.theregs.org/cgi-bin/acgm/server.cgi (exclude the https://)
Username: Your in-game name
Password: If it is the first time you are logging in use the family default, otherwise this is whatever you set it to previously.
