City of Heroes rises from the Ashes

The Group known as Homecoming a user created continuation of City of Heroes announced in January of 2024 that they had secured a license to legally continue to host and maintain City of Heroes from NCSoft.
In the first of its kind in America a rouge group has been issued a license to maintain and continue to run a Closed MMO.
